URGENT - Invite for Meeting to Discuss Beth’s Proposal

Hello all!As I mentioned in PCC this week I have requested a meeting to discuss Beth's proposal about a cap on nursing hours worked. That request has been granted! I have asked that this be opened up for all of membership to attend and speak their mind. We had an overwhelming response to our survey and I know a lot of you showed up to speak at PCC which is greatly appreciated.

This is your opportunity to speak out! Please attend via teams (and clock in because it is a hospital meeting). I want as many voices to be heard as possible because this is our time! We have collected and collated your comments, which will remain anonymous, that will also be distributed to leadership, but nothing is stronger than a voice. Please help me to adequately express the nursing opinion on this proposal because I cannot do it alone. I want to make sure all angles are covered and every nurse is represented.
