What is an MOU?
An MOU is a document that is a temporary addition or alteration of a section of the Local 17 contract for a pre-designated amount of time. These documents are typically created in a response to a need or an issue discussed between your Local 17 Officers and administration.

Attached is the signed document that provides a noc shift retention bonus in exchange for time in service in a regular bid on night shift. This is the same document that was circulated last spring, but updated with a new start date to catch the new hires. You can get this document from your managers and return it signed to them if you would like to participate.
