Observers for Bargaining!
Want to show your support and OUR solidarity during contract negotiations? Sign up now to become an observer while we are at the table during bargaining. We will offer up to 5 observer slots each day of bargaining. You may sign up for a half or full day. Dates are January 17-19th, February 13-16th, 27-29th and March 1st.
Expectations:
Show up on time- tardiness may subject you to missing this opportunity.
Be respectful of the process and perspectives of each side- we understand you may not agree with everything being said.
If you are disruptive during this process, we may ask you to leave
Guidelines:
Observers must sign the above confidentiality agreement
Observers shall not participate in the negotiation process and only observe
Observers shall not be paid by the hospital
Observers shall not be permitted to take notes
Observers are permitted to share their thoughts and opinions of the process, with no personal identifiers
