Professional Conference Committee (PCC)
PCC is a monthly meeting that your union holds with administration. Your Union Officers, Labor Representative, and Unit Representatives attend PCC along with Core Leaders, HR, and your Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
At PCC, we discuss Assignments Despite Objection (ADOs), safety issues, rumors, staff turnover, and any other pertinent issues raised since the previous meeting. This is a great way to problem-solve and work through issues with administration. As a staff nurse, PCC is an excellent opportunity to have your voice heard while staying in the know! We strongly encourage attendance.
* There have been some occurrences that the MNA Officers have not received the ADO submitted to management. We ask you send an email to:
