Having Pay Issues?

Payment issues seem to be affecting all of us since Providence transitioned to Genesis. Please monitor your paychecks closely! If you have been paid incorrectly, please follow these steps:

1. Create a ticket with HR using the HR Service Portal.
**You can submit multiple pay issues under the same ticket.

2. Please reach out to HR if your ticket cannot be resolved. Make sure to cc one of your officers, Leslie, and your manager on the email. Jan Van Fossen and Karyn Trainor are our HR leads.

3. Email Leslie, your labor representative, at leslie@mtnurses.org with as much detail about your issue as possible.

4. Please fill out this electronic form so that we can track the number of pay issues at St. Pat’s: https://mtnurses.wufoo.com/forms/m7od16o1v588r1/
